Elisabeth Parker hut, under the full moon. Hiked in with most of my equipment, two bags of dried food, and "Trout Fishing in America". Didn't get any reading done. Spent most of the evening staring tired into the fire. The moon rose over the mountains at 8 pm. Spent an hour outside in the clear night. Nothing moved except a few clouds above. All quiet. Ran out of fire wood by 10. Did some chopping before turing in.
Left the hut early. Outside temp minus 25.
