Compleated 80 miles from Cliff Dwelers to Tuba City. Spent. Knees and muscles feeling a bit funny.
Mads will meet me here tomorrow and we plan to go visit his family in Utah.

Hi Adam, it's Steve, Roberta & Monica who met you on the Cape Final trail and then passed you a couple times on your bike. So glad to hear your trip continues to go well. We spent a week fighting the wind on Lake Powell and the Colorado River, and Steve's brand-new Lumina has sand in every crevice and is no longer working. But, like you, we are completely enthralled by the beauty of the southwest.
ReplyDeleteWe met another Steve on the Colorado River when he climbed an old ropes trail down the side of a canyon wall after having rafted, biked, and hiked from Durango, Colorado. His sister lives in Denmark and just had a baby, so we told him about you and your exhibit and he's hoping to go in fall 2011 (as are we!).
Hope your new camera has arrived, and look forward to continuing to read tales of your adventure. We're off to Las Vegas and then home on Sunday.
